Strapless Black Dress size 6

Strapless Black JS Dress, size 6. Worn twice, dry cleaned but been in storage. Top has silicone strips to help stay in place, a unique pattern, with strap hooks (but no straps because they were lost in a move, sorry). Bottom is multi-layered and has a small amount of krinoline, hitting a bit above the knee.
