Strapless A-line dress with ruching and waist tie

Strapless cotton dress with sand dollar print in orange, purple, and yellow on a cream background. Bodice has ribs for support and structure. Vertical ruching on bust and horizontal ruching around waist. Attached tie at waist can be in front or back. Fully lined, and has center back zipper. Last photo shows a stain that is kind of hard to capture. It's not very visible but it's there if you look for it. Fits true to size in waist and a little big in the bust.
