Strangelings Owlyn costume. Stretchy black velour dress with tulle. Has a hood. Includes choker necklace and wings and capri tights. Has a few imperfections: a couple of holes/runs in tulle skirt (see pics7&8); a couple of picks in the top of the tights (pics9,10,11); wings have several areas with lighter spots (last 4pics- pls enlarge to see spots- they’re hard to photograph but are there. Tights are sheer-ish. May want to wear bike shorts or leggings under. 12-14 XL. Measurements in comments.

Measurements: pit to pit is 13.5”, waist is 13” across, hips 14-14.5” across. Length from shoulder to hem is about 23”. Again, dress is shorter and tights are a bit sheer so you may opt to have child wear bike shorts over or leggings under the tights.
