Straight wide leg pants 95% polyester 5% spandex very flowy elastic waist 14W

These were part of a two piece set that I believe I might have worn a c of times,but I don’t know where the top is, slacks I remember being very comfortable. Waist 15” lying flat stretches to 26” inseam 30 1/2”.
