Stylish retro fitted dress with polka dot top by Stop Staring! Solid black skirt with off-center slit. Elegant sophisticated design with 1950s nostalgic vibe. Dress doesn’t have fabric content. It feels like cotton/poly blend with spandex. Top fabric has slight give, but skirt has more stretch and design to fit snug. Labeled as size S, might fit up to size 4. Please compare measurements. Shown on size 6 dress form and fits very tight on it. I barely could zip up. Chest across expands from 17” to 18” Waist side to side is 12.25”, stretches to 13.25” Skirt length is 28” Full length is 42” Dress has side loops for belt, but doesn’t have to have belt. In excellent condition.
