dvs_loves_style @a_carlson007 Hello! Measuring around at the underarm level is 30" when not stretched. The small would fit sizes 4 to 6. A size 8 would also fit a small as well as a medium, depending on how fitted (or loose) a size 8 would want the fit. The knit is light weight with a slight ribbed pattern so it has some give in the stretch. Hope this helps.
