It’s perfect for women and younger girls, it doesn’t ride up when you sit and is very comfortable paddling on a kayak or stand up paddle board. I’ve used it 10 hours on the River fishing and it was absolutely comfortable. I actually brought 2 and keeping the other color for it’s one of few PFD that that fits my short frame and bigger upper body that doesn’t ride up and I have great mobility with.
