This is just so cute and has such cute detailing, from the off shoulder short sleeves, to the front tie at the hemline, and the tie front, button down center. It measures 21" laid flat at underarms, and 18" in length. Perfect with jeans! In very good pre-owned condition. Normal wear and tear noted, but no flaws or damage.
