Stitch Fix - Navy Tank w/ Embroidery Brand is Alice Blue; embroidery is yellow and white; buttons at back of neck and one of the tiny elastic button loops is broken (easily fixed if you can sew a few stitches...or there's a second button so can wear as is); other than button situation it is in excellent condition reflecting the single time it was worn!
