Sterling Cooper Vintage 1980s never worn wool blend pencil skirt 2 pockets. Pleated sides for extra room. High waist would fit a 24” waist. PLEASE NOTE: Old sizing 4/5 petite see pictures. I’ve measured this: not everyone is the same, trying my best to inform you how this fits. I’m a 4 in modern sizing, this fits me but not in the waist as I can’t zip it up and button because I’m no longer a 24” waist 36” hips, so size 0 is listed.
