Stio Azura insulated vest ?size small

Unsure how to describe color. Some light it looks blue other times green. Either way it’s beautiful vibrant color. Has been well worn. Condition is well used fair. Size tag images have worn off so no size is visible. I pictured the measurements including the waist. I would imagine it’s a size small. Please study and enlarge all pics for condition. Last 2 pics depict teeny wear holes on bottom where drawstring is enclosed.
