ashleygreer @screenpresents1 yes I saw the case file this morning when I woke up. I am so very sorry. I have already contacted Poshmark for a shipping label with your information on it and I will send this one ASAP. Of course you can keep this one as well for your troubles. My pregnancy brain has kicked in hardcore, and you caught me Memorial Day weekend on the last day of school. (I’m a school teacher). I cannot apologize enough for the mixup!!

screenpresents1 Thank you for your apologies, but I really need the other brush set ASAP. The brushes I purchased are new right? The #11 brush has to be perfect. I don't need to keep the other brush set. I have no use for used brushes, and I don't want to take $40 out of your pocket. I'd rather you use the money to overnight me the brush set I purchased. It really needed to go out to my client yesterday. Now I'm essentially screwed and stand to lose a lot of money.

ashleygreer @screenpresents1 yes ma’am these brushes are new in sealed package. I was waiting to hear back from Poshmark about sending a new label but there has not been a response. I will just overnight the brushes to you without a Poshmark label at my expense. Can you verify your address? (I cannot pull up the old shipping label so I need your info for mailing) I will send out ASAP as soon as I have your mailing info. Again, my most sincere apologies!

screenpresents1 Oh, I'm so frustrated I didn't see this until just now.! On top of everything, I'm in the middle of a huge move, ugh. I just assumed you has my address, as I am not familiar with Poshmark's ways. My address is 7022 Formosa Cir, Canoga Park, CA 91303. screenpresents1 Poshmark has sent me a label to return the other brushes, but they seemed to indicate that that would trigger a refund. I would like to pay for the brushes I purchased, of course, and also would prefer to get you back your other brush set, so you can sell it to at least pay for the additional shipping. Please LMK how you would like to handle this situation. Thanks.

ashleygreer @screenpresents1 you should receive your brushes tomorrow in a priority overnight envelope! Again, I am so sorry for the inconvenience- this has never happened before! If you feel inclined, you can include payment for the brushes when you return the others. Poshmark will complete a refund when tracking is complete.
