susigriffiths @laurenclemens Hi. They are brand new and never worn, so like any boot you would have to break them in. True to size, I have a couple friend who have them and wear them all the time. I purchased and before I could wear them had knee surgery. So I can’t do any sort of heal for a while. I’m sad to let them go!!! Super cute and go with so many things.
