Steve Madden slouch/scrunch boots

These boots are a closet much have for all seasons. The are made to slouch/scrunch they do not straighten all the way out the material is made to look like this. Depending on how you choose to wear them knee high OR thigh high boots. Has a silicone feeling material at the thigh opening to help hold the boot in place and keep it from slipping down. Never worn, great heel height (see pics) A great neutral color that will work well in your closet. Pairs great with shorts, dresses, jeans - wear them with anything. They won’t last long.
