Steve Madden size 6.5 black lace up high heel boots booties y2k

Steve Madden size 6.5 black leather lace up high heel boots in great condition. Heel is 3 1/2”. Also have zippers for easy on and off. The bottom of the boots say size 37 and the interior tag says size 7. The website says a 37 is between a 6.5-7 but I have been told these fit like a 6.5 not 7.
