They zip from the inside, are suppose to hit just past the ankle. 8.5 inches shaft with a slight heel just under 2 inches. Super cute and great leather! I wish they fit me better! My legs are too short, they are suppose to hit before calves, for me they are and inch or two too tall. (for reference my inseam is (27"-28"). Cute with Jeans, midi skirts, fits Hippie, western, or boho style!
