@judithalfaro hello, I just checked the shoes and added 2 photos one with and without flash. I doesn’t look or feel like a dent. And I don’t believe it’s a scratch the shoe has areas of texture and other areas that are very smooth. So This may just be an area that is smooth. But I did find one scratch on the on the side heel on the side of the zipper and I also included a picture
