What kind of material is the back part? Does the boot stand up?

the back is Lycra stretchy material (molds to calves perfectly!)
the boots is structured but doesnt stand on its own (see 3rd photo)

the Lycra streches; however the overall reviews on the boots are mostly for narrow to average calves (hope this helps!)
