are these boots made more for a narrow? or wide foot ? Do they run true to size? or run small? or large? Could you please provide measurements for these boots including :
* the shaft height
* the heal height
* the shaft opening ( Across while boot laying flat ) any bad scuffs , holes really noticeable markings stains etc are all buckles straps in good working order
