Steve Madden Fringe Blue Heels Size 6.5 open toe

OBSESSED with these heels!!! Only worn for an hour (pics attached so you can see how they look on) and sadly they don’t fit me. Hoping to give them a new home to someone who loves them as much as I do! Fringe around entire ankle. Open toe. Straps can be tied multiple times around ankle, tied in the front or in the back. Suede feeling material. Beautiful blue color!
