Steve Madden Brown Polka Dot Velvet Halter Dress size 12.  Originally sold with a ribbon tie around belt, which is has been lost and is not included.  Ribbon ties around back of neck, side zipper, elastic through waist and around upper back, silicone strip inside dress's back to keep dress from slipping.  Please see measurements in the photos.
