Fun, fringed Steve Madden Tote. Black in color with braided metallic gold detail on handles and strap. I have never taken plastic off of strap. The strap does not appear to be detachable. Also, please note there is damage on both front and back of the Tote under the fringe and on the front left and right sides! Bag height and width are 13 inches. Please review the photos. Thanks!
