Steve Madden Black Cape, Size M/L

I'm almost upset about dropping so much weight because this cape is truly awesome. It's 50% wool, 50%polyester black Steve Madden and has a silky/satiny lining with owls on it! It sits over your arms and there are slits in it to easily lift them and move around. Love it.
