Four Diamonds on both sides of the coral kinda material heel stlye wedges with gold studs on each side of the heel part. Steve Madden. Sometimes I'm in a size 8 and this is one of those times so these weren't worn very long:( nothing worse than your toes hanging over in your shoes. They remind me of an empress style..
