The first flaw is that the graphic on the shirt is starting to fade.The second flaw is that the size and care tag is crinkle. Other than these two flaws this item is in perfect condition. If there are any other flaws to this item they are minor and I did not notice them. The design of the shirt is that it is suppose to look like it inside out.
