Sterling silver ring with real diamonds

I purchased this ring at Sam's Club. If you're a member, than you kknow they have beautiful jewelry. I fell in love with it because it looks like a David Yurman or Lagos ring. Very beautiful detailed work. It is a sz 7 and I have outgrown it. The diamonds are real and I was told the lining around it is white gold, while the band is sterling silver. It does have some weight to it so it's far from dainty;))
