Sterling silver large gem pendant necklace

I'm looking into the type of stone... It's yellow ish green depending on what it's lying on. Its more yellow when against my skin. Not sure what shade of yellow/ green it would be against dark skin. Very beautiful. Sterling silver. Happy to barter. Feel free to make an offer!
