Sterling silver 925 charm bracelet designer signed VINTAGE

Vintage estate find, This is an amazing authentic sterling silver stamped bracelet. Each charm is stamped and has its own clasp. The bracelet has oval links and it has a signature silver bell with a designer initials stamped on. I can't quite make it out but it looks like it's a lower case q and upper case B.
