Sterling cup

estate child's sterling silver Towle 10782 cup. Measures 2.5 inches tall and about 2 inches across. Has not been polished, some collectors believe that decreases value. It does have engraving of CSK I think and an engraved date of 7-23-64. No dents or dings. Good condition.
