Sterling cuff w tortoise shell

Beautiful, unusual design. This cuff is easily adjustable as a bracelet for larger wrists, or can be worn as upper arm band. Unknown if real tortoise shell inlay. Unknown place or exact year of manufacture, at least 20+ years old. Very well made. Loved like an heirloom, *see photos, but polishes up nicely.
