Sterling antique Italian cameo

this is a very very unique antique solid sterling silver and hand carved cameo pendant or brooch as it has a loop to hand it in a chain or it has the typical brooch pin also. this is engraved on the back to candy love Bob and it has the maker mark which I can't read and it is engraved sterling. the condition on this entire necklace is just amazing it was definitely much loved and cared from over the years as you can see in the pics I posted . this was hand carved in Italy which is the best of the best at cameo carving so you know your getting quality.
