Sterling and turquoise ring size 6

Oxidized 925 sterling ring with small turquoise stone (unknown whether it's genuine turquoise) with silver beading/twisted roping detail around the stone. Flower detailing on each side of stone. Size 5.75 to a 6 on the sizer (was purchased as a size 6, and fits the finger i wear size 6's on perfectly) Questions and reasonable offers welcome! 😀
