tigerlilyrose @erinludee Hello. Unfortunately it does not include a box, but people are always selling T & Co. gift items on here. So I'm sure you won't have a problem finding one. Also, if you're near a Tiffany's, you can take it in for cleaning and ask for one. Though it's already cleaned. Please see last photo for sizing of pendant against a dime.
