Sterling Silver Ring 6.5 Oval Filigree Delicate

RJ Sterling Silver Clear Solitaire Ring with Filigree Band Preowned ring stamped with 925 and RJ on the inside of the band. The band is delicately decorated in filigree for the top half. Size 6.5 (The ring says 7 but my ring sizer fits more like a 6.5) Center Stone 7.8 mm length, 6.8 mm width, 2 mm depth Stone has been tested with Presidium Gem Tester II. The tester does not verify between man made and natural. I could not conclude for certain what the stone is it is not glass.
