Sterling Silver Heart Necklace w/ chain

Has some wear. Stones change out. Needs a new ring for the lobster clasp to hang on to. I've had this for about 10 years ago. Could probably be shined up a bit if it was taken to a jeweler or cleaned with sterling silver polish. Case (original) is missing the bottom padding but I will take great care when packing to ensure nothing gets jarred around or broken.
