Very unusual artisan brooch, happy triangle face with wavy, pointy hair! It is signed on the back but I can't read the name. I think the year says 1989, and it is also marked sterling and tests as such. There are normal signs of wear such as some light scratches, and the ends of the hair have some tarnish. Definitely a conversation starter!
