Very pretty and unique size 6 3/4 sterling silver ring with a gold color heart and silver ribbon with small purple cubic zirconia accents along one side if the ribbon on the ring face. The heart measures 1/8" tall and the ribbon stands just under 1/2" tall. The cubic zirconia's measure 1/16" in diameter.
