Sterling Silver Giovanni Cameo necklace pin

Beautiful Giovanni designed cameo lady with flowers, set in 925 sterling silver. This was created to be work as either a pin or necklace (see photo of back for bail). This was purchase in the 1990s while vacationing in Italy. Excellent condition. I just polished it so it is ready to wear. Comes in the original box.
