This is a rare find. These are super detailed little sterling silver charms. The chain is sterling as well. The wheel moves on the ship wheel charm. The house is a hard one to find. I am happy to accept offers but I am not looking to break up the set.

glamorpus @ohhappyday4 Hi there I measured it is 8 inches. I added a photo of it on a ruler for you and another up close of the sterling on the clasp. Yeah I love box clasp but I love these to. There is actually an extra little link on it from when it must of had another charm that says sterling. I just left that so if the next owner wants to put something on it is easy.
