Sterling Silver Antique Ladies Watch

Porcelain decorated face on possibly a Swiss sterling pocket watch. I purchased this at an auction in the 1970's. I took it to the jeweler who opened it and verified it was silver but can't remember anything else he might have said. There are no markings on the outside and I don't have the tools to open. I was going to buy a chain to wear this on but never got around to it. It has been stored since. Don't remember if it worked at the time. Only guess at date.
