Sterling Silver 925 Amethyst Cocktail Ring sz 6.75

Bought this at a little antique store, but the lady didn’t know anything about it. I happened to be there buying some other things while she was unpacking newly received merchandise. How could I not buy this ring?! It’s beautiful! Excellent condition. I see no flaws or scratches. It’s pretty heavy duty. I’m assuming it’s cz because i paid only $30.
