Sterling, Sapphire and Mother of Pearl Ring

Very interesting and unique find. A cluster of 4 sapphires surround one tiny one and are flanked by mother of pearl inlaid into the sterling silver ring band. I've taken light and dark pictures to try to show the mother of pearl on the sides.
