Sterling Ring by A.Anderson Sz 7 Blue Aquamarine Stone

Sterling Ring by Designer A.Anderson Size 7 4 bands of sterling winding around what looks like waves and appears to be a blue aquamarine stone held by 4 prongs. Not sure of what the stone is exactly. Marked Sterling and designers name underside. I’ve had this ring for many years. Used Sterling as you know needs polishing.
