Dating around the 1980-90’s this lquite beautiful example measures 1 1/4" x 1" (with bale) and is hinged to the back allowing it to be opened revealing quite a large compartment inside for all manner of secret treasures! Beautifully and ornately embossed with patterning also reminiscent of traditional Victorian design, this piece is crafted superbly. At the back etched "Keep your dreams alive in your heart". Tested for sterling silver
