Sterling Onyx Leander Nezzie VTG Navajo Squash Blossom Necklace Earrings Set

Navajo artist Leander Nezzie (LN) signed beautiful and rare black onyx sterling squash blossom vintage necklace with matching earrings, also signed.  Leander is known for other types of jewelery so rare to find a necklace and earrings set by this artist. The necklace is very well designed, with intricate and elaborate silver works detailed in the Naja, including a single onyx dangle pendant in the center of the Naja.  There are four blossoms on each side, fluted at the ends with one onyx stone on each The sterling beads are single strand at the top, total of 19 beads per side, then it becomes double stranded where the blossoms begin, total of 50 beads on each side for a hundred total, combined is 138 sterling Navajo beads. The necklace drops 11.5" with total length of 20".  Weighs 63+ grams.  The earrings are 1" length, weight is 3.75 grams, each earring stamped LN and has one onyx stone per Naja is approx 2" length and 1.75" width, center dangle pendant is approx 1" length , blossoms are approx 1.25" length, total of 16 Bezel set onyx stones Own a piece of native American Navajo jewelery by well known respected artist.  Truly a statement set of jewelery.
