Sterling Filigree Heart with Rhinestone Necklace. 16 inch chain with circular spring clasp, marked Sterling ACo (as far as I can tell. Heart has a 4 pronged rhinestone in center with filigree. Charm is stamped Sterling (K or R). I am dating this to be about 1940s but could be much older/antique. Excellent condition. Rare piece (there are some out there with I could not find same one).
