johnboy750 Do you know what metal the chain made of? Webster usually uses sterling silver, sometimes blackened sterling, and sometimes he uses sterling as the base metal that he finishes with 18K gold plate. And some high end pieces will be pure 18K gold. Your item here looks more like brass with some sort of antiquing applied to make it look old. Sometimes he resorts to what was once a mainstay of costume jewelry ..." goldtone" which can, when well made, closely mimic the look of real 18K gold.
