Stem Striped Shirtdress - size 4 NWT

NWT shirt dress with flared ruffle sleeves. Hard to see pinstripes but the they purple and a light mustard/green. Buttons down the front of dress. Runs BIG. Tag Is size 4 but could be even a 5 maybe small 6.
