New with Neiman Marcus tag Stella McCartney tuxedo skirt. Gray body with sage green silk details. Silk/ nylon/ spandex blend. size 46 Italian, 12 US. Made in Italy. There's a little blemish in the middle of the waist trim from either a sticker or water. It isn't noticeable and I believe can be removed.
