Stella McCartney gold sneakers

As you can tell worn once and darn it don’t know what I did to the top of the right shoe. Stella is environmentally conscious so these are not leather and not sure how to fix this. Thought someone might be ok with this little mark (?). I usually wear a size 8 and size 38.5 in louboutins and these 7’s fit me great so I think they run a little big (I am normal to narrow width foot).
